WHAT: Fourth of July weekend would not be complete without a firework show, and State Fair Meadowlands is ready to put on a show-stopping display that you do not want to miss! The fireworks are taking place on July 3rd and July 4th and will be put on by Garden State Fireworks . Garden State Fireworks is a family-owned, award-winning pyrotechnics company that has created shows for Walt Disney World, Coney Island, and even the Washington D.C. National Mall.
Free with the purchase of a Fun Pass, the Fireworks will light up the sky starting after 10 p.m., and fairgoers can enjoy the show from anywhere on the fairgrounds. The amazing pyrotechnics will be choreographed to popular patriotic music for a stunning display.
State Fair Meadowlands will be open on weeknights from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., Fridays from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturdays from 2 p.m. -1 a.m. and Sundays from 2 p.m. – 12 a.m. Parking is free every day of the Fair. For people arriving or departing by Uber, follow signage for the drop off/pick-up location. Tickets must be purchased online in advance at www.njfair.com.
