East Rutherford, NJ – If missing last year’s Fair has you dreaming about Fried Oreos and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, this year’s State Fair Meadowlands promises to make it up to you! This year’s lineup offers hundreds of delectable offerings in dozens of different food categories, from healthy salads to every fried food creation you can imagine, not to mention drinks and desserts. So, come ready to eat and drink! It’s also an extra week this year, so you have even more time to enjoy it all. The Fair will take place at MetLife Stadium from June 18 – July 11, 2021. Parking is free!

“Tasting all the different offerings is always one of my favorites things to do at the fair,” State Fair Meadowlands Vice President Al Dorso Jr. said. “Our vendors come from all over the country and know the latest fair food trends and tastes. Come hungry; you’ll be glad you did.”

Brace yourself for the latest and greatest in fried food, from the perennial favorite, fried Oreos, to fried bacon cheese balls, chicken parm balls and taco balls to fried mac and cheese, fried oatmeal crème, deep fried peanut butter and jelly, and so much more.

If you’re hankering for exotic game, we’ve got that, too. This year we’ll be serving up gator kabobs, shark kabobs, alligator bites and even gator mac and cheese. If you’re a bacon lover, you’ll delight in bacon-wrapped meatballs, sausage, corn dogs, chocolate and of course the signature bacon on a stick!

Go Greek with Greek Gyros, served on fresh pita with tzatziki sauce, or sub in savory kabobs or souvlaki for your entrée. Find Italian fare from salads and Stromboli to pizza, pasta and chicken Parmesan and Mexican cuisine. Seafood lovers can dig into platters of beer-battered fish, clam strips, conch fritters, crab cakes, fried calamari and more.

The seemingly endless dessert offerings start with funnel cakes and smoothies and include everything from maple candy, rolled ice cream, Dole whips, caramel apples and Icees to the best soft serve ice cream in the state!

Healthy options are more plentiful this year than ever before – fresh veggies, along with delicious salads (Italian and Greek). We also have ice cold refreshments for every taste, from our fair favorite, freshly made lemonade, to ice tea, shakes, malts, homemade sodas and more.
